NOTICE OF ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER’S MEETING
NOTICE: To All Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Federal Credit Union (OPPFFCU) Shareholders

OPPFFCU notifies all members pursuant to the by-laws that the Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 5:00 PM, in conjunction with the 2023 Dr. Moses C. Norman, Sr. International Leadership Conference, Atlantis, Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas. The meeting is hybrid, i.e. in person and virtual. The meeting will occur via Zoom for those participating virtually. Any voting during the meeting will occur electronically; therefore, any members attending in person will need access to a computer, mobile phone or electronic tablet.
Notifications were mailed beginning in the March quarterly statements
a. What is the location of the Annual Meeting?
The 2023 Annual Meeting will occur in

b. What is the process for attending the meeting and voting?
Members must register to attend the 2023 Annual Meeting by notifying OPPFFCU of your intentions to attend the meeting:

a) Name: First and Last Name
b) Account Number
c) Email Address on file with the account
NOTE: If you have more than one base account number, you must register each base account number.
d) Personal Identification Number (PIN). NOTE: This is only to identify your registration for the meeting. This is not related to your account(s).
e) Phone Number you plan to use to dial into the meeting.
ii. Registration Opens on June 16, 2023, and Closes on July 7, 2023.
c. How will I receive details about connecting to the meeting?
Members will receive an individual email communication with instructions on attending the meeting in person or virtually and instructions on how to vote during the election of board members.
Shareholders are eligible to attend and vote at the meeting if their account balance is at least $50 and any loans are in good standing.
