NOTICE OF ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER’S MEETING

NOTICE:  To All Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Federal Credit Union (OPPFFCU) Shareholders

FROM:  The Secretary of the Board of Directors

Pursuant to the bylaws of OPPFFCU, Official Notice is hereby served that the Annual Shareholder’s Meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m., on Friday, June 28, 2024, in conjunction with the 84^th Grand Conclave, Tampa Bay Convention Center, Tampa, Florida.

Shareholders with agenda items should mail those items to the OPPFFCU Secretary to be received at 7710 Stone Wheat Court, Alexandria, VA 22315-3727, no later than May 31, 2024.

Additionally, notice is hereby served to shareholders that there are position vacancies on the Board of Directors. Nomination and Election information is contained in the attached notice (click here to download).

Shareholders are eligible to vote at the meeting if their account balance is at least $50 and any loans are in good standing. Nominations for vacancies may be made by petition. Petitions must be signed by at least ten (10) members. Nominations for the open positions on the Board of Directors must be validated; thus, nominations made through petitions must be received at 7710 Stone Wheat Court, Alexandria, Virginia 22315-3727, no later than May 31, 2024. There will be no nominations from the floor when there is at least one nominee to fill each position.
